The Provisioning SOAP API enables custodians (certificate authorities) to provision certificates and push status updates back to LANDATA. This API is used for certificate fulfillment workflows where external authorities process and deliver certificates ordered through the LANDATA platform.

This API requires WS-Security authentication with credentials provided by SERV during custodian onboarding. Contact SERV support to obtain access credentials.
