Get Register Search Statement (Title) by Title ID

## Query parameters:

  - `registerSearchStatement` (boolean)
    Specify if registerSearchStatement (RSS as base64 text) should be included in response.

  - `registerSearchStatementCertificate` (boolean)
    Specify if registerSearchStatementCertificate (RSS as PDF download link) should be included in response.

## Path parameters:

  - `titleId` (string, required)
    Unique identifier for land titles consisting of Volume, Folio and Suffix. The Title Id must be in the following format - volume.folio+suffix

    A unique identification string for the source system. This could be a system name or hostname where a system is hosted on multiple hosts.

    A unique transaction id used to correlate api requests end to end.

    The copyright text that appears at the top of the Register Search Statement.
    Example: "Copyright State of Victoria etc"

  - `titleSearchCertificate.titleSearchDetail.securityNo` (string, required)
    Contains the security number that is unique to this Register Search Statement. If a DRSS and RSS were ordered together in the same application, then the DRSS and the RSS will share the same security number.
    Example: "124230291367D"

  - `titleSearchCertificate.titleSearchDetail.producedDate` (string, required)
    The date and time that the DRSS was produced by LANDATA. If a DRSS and RSS were requested together in the same application, then the DRSS and the RSS will share the same produced date/time. Whilst the format of the field is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, the time is only given to the nearest hour and minute, the seconds will always be 00.`

    The authenticity token is produced only for the Digital Register Search Statement and provides proof that the data relating to a particular RSS request has been sourced from the DRSS. The authenticity token can be decrypted by using the publicly available SERV public key which, if valid, should produce the same security number associated with the original RSS.
